Sector 82 gurgaon
This week i got to know about a sector of Gurgaon, that is sector 82 Gurgaon.
I found it really good, the area , the situation, the location all are good and that too very affordable.
Although its bit in the outskirts of the city, but in coming 2 years I am sure, it wont be.
As it is just .5 kms away from highway i.e from NH-8 and just 1,5 kms from ISBT (proposed) , 20 mins travel to Airport,5 min walk to a 5 star hotel, 10 mins away from heart of city and very near to haldirams on highway. So I think people who are looking for having some own space in Gurgaon must have a look for sector 82.
There are so many projects going on in the sector. and infact the construction has also started. and some of the towers are at the verge of completion
I hope the possession will be somewhere in the mid of next year.
There are so many low-rise in Sector 82 gurgaon, high rise and villas available in 2/3/4 BHK in sector 82 Gurgaon starting from 35 Lakh onwards.
Along with sector 82, there are so many adjoining sectors which are also developing. and have many projects too. one can have a look also in other sectors adjoining sector 82
There are so many dealers also in the market who take care of all these deals of resale and new launches.
If you are looking for a worth living place in Gurgaon with all comforts and luxury, i would say give a thought to sector 82.
